Very nice way to relax after a pretty busy or rough period. This venue offers many more services thought from the gift voucher: you can enjoy different spas, sauna, hamam, cold bath, massages and more. A drink package and snacks can also be added if so inclined. Thank to my dear friend for making me discover the experience and for offering me an opportunity to nurture a bit before the next jump start!

Such a lovely experience! First time away from bub and Soak Bathhouse offered the perfect relaxing atmosphere for me and hubby 😌✨ Warm magnesium pool, hot mineral spa ♨️, steam room 🧖🏻‍♀️, sauna, a quick dip into the cold ❄️ plunge pool then repeat! Soak Bathhouse had exactly what this mama needed 🥹 Feeling zen and so peaceful, the mood lighting, lovely decor and coloured skies made this visit one to remember 🌆

Beautiful space. I’ve been to Soak for the pools several times, but this time got a 50-min massage beforehand. Highly recommend. So good for my training recovery and to recharge the batteries.

Great relaxed way to start a Sunday morning. Sip and soak… a nice non alcoholic margarita, Time in the steam room, sauna and two diff temp pools .. peaceful despite quite a few people - plenty of room and we still had our own pool most of the time; fabulous customer service… ready to tackle the day and definitely will be back.

Felt wonderful after the 90 minutes. It isn’t a large place but it was always possible to fit in a warm or hot bath, sauna or steam room as everyone was courteous and non hoggy of the spaces and kept moving. Liked the inclusion of: a towel; sparking or still water on tap; herbal tea bags; facial moisturiser. Don’t like that people were eating in the water and inadvertently dropping food in.

I went for 45 mins Infrared Sauna, and it was amazing!! My body feels much better, my muscles feels more relieved, and it boosts my circulation very well. I will definitely go back.

Nothing felt rushed or transactional, they took the time to ensure I was relaxed, informed, and truly enjoying the experience. What stood out the most was the level of care and attention to detail. Absolutely loved my experience at Bath Soakhouse West End. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, making it easy to switch off and truly relax. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and never felt rushed or overcrowded. It’s the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, whether you’re there to unwind solo or enjoy a session with a friend. Staff were friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a proper reset in the middle of a busy week.

I went to Soak West End as a birthday treat, and it was such a great experience. It’s the perfect spot for something a little different — whether it’s a date, a self-care day, or a chill catch-up with friends. I’m on the larger side but confident with my body, and I really appreciated that no one there was staring or judging. Everyone just seemed relaxed and comfortable in their own space, which made it easy to unwind. We got the package with two drinks, a tiny cake bar, and bathrobes. The drinks were great value — two for $20 — and while the cake was forgettable, it was still nice. The robes, on the other hand, were more of a hassle than a highlight. I’d honestly recommend just using the towel — less to carry and keep track of. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the pools themselves were great. The number of people there felt just right — not too crowded. If I had to suggest any improvements, maybe a silent pool zone for those who want to completely switch off and not hear others chatting. (I’ll admit, I was one of the talkers 😂, but I noticed someone trying to zone out and felt a little bad.) A hairdryer would also be a nice touch for after. Overall, it’s a lovely experience and something everyone should try at least once. I’d definitely go back, just not right away — I feel like I got everything I needed out of it for now.
